Scheduled Medical Appointment
Best Available Service Statewide
In order for Greyglyde Transit, LLC to achieve its mission of providing access to quality health care services for our target market, these members must be able to get to and from their medically necessary appointments.
GreyGlyde Transit, LLC's Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) service provides eligible members transportation needed to get to their medical appointments. To be eligible for these services, members must have no other means of transportation available and are only transported to those medical services covered under the Medicaid program.
In accordance with the Code of Federal Regulation (CFR) (42CFR431.53), the NEMT program provides transportation for the purpose of:
Medical treatment
Medical evaluations
Obtaining prescription drugs
Obtaining medical equipment

Our Veterans Initiative Services are set apart from the rest by our consistency, reliability, communication and quality. Our Services includes providing safe and reliable transportation to Veterans who require assistance traveling to and from VA health care facilities and authorized non-VA health care appointments.

Home-Food Delivery Services
Home-Delivered Meals
GreyGlyde Transit LLC home-delivered meals are available to residents of County of establishment, over the age of 55 (or to younger if disabled), and are convenient for adults with long-term and short-term disabilities and those recovering from surgery, illness, or accidents. To order a meal, clients must call GreyGlyde Transit LLC office Monday-Saturday, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Meals are delivered between 10:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
Family Unification Program
Specialized Transportation Services
Our Family Unification Program is utilized exclusively on weekends and holidays, when available. The Program is designed to unify families that have loved ones in a local, state, or federal institution (i.e., medical, rehabilitation, correctional).
